Pilot Scale Freeze Drying Machine
The Vikumer BFD-20 freeze dryer is a pilot scale freeze drying equipment that designed for small commercial production. It has the similar technical performance as commercial larger ones, and capable of clean room integration.
The BFD-20 freeze dryer offers up to 2.4m2 shelf area, and the vapor collect condenser can trap 20kgs vapors in 24hrs period, extreme/total can hold 40kgs ice. which as reference, per batch can process 20kgs to 30kgs raw products.
Vikumer’s BFD-20 can apply to nearly all industries include fruit, drugs, probiotics, additives, dairy, meat and pet treat. By select stoppering device, also can adapt to pharmaceutical vaccines production which load in vials or glass bottles.
