Shelf Module

Sandwich type plates, silicone oil based system guarantees maximum temperature uniformity and precise temperature control. Temperature difference between shelves less than 1.5C and is controllable from -50C to +70C.


Floor type with casters, powder coated steel cabinet, stainless steel chamber and condenser, vacuum pump external install besides freeze dryer.

Control System

PLC and touch screen HMI based, real-time display system working status, key parameters, freeze drying steps management and data acquisition storage system.
