Small Scale and Trial Production
The Vikumer BFD-20 lyophilizer was designed fit small volume production, a pilot plant for vaccines and pharmaceutical trial production. This freeze dryer is helpful for technology transfer to later commercial production, of freeze drying quality verification and documents/data practise.
BFD-20S is entirely stainless steel 316 made and is meet cGMP and cGLP. Control system is PLC and HMI based, functions meet FDA 21CFR PART 11. There are 5 useable shelves for raw product loading, total 2.0 sq.m.

- Cascade compressor system, air cooling method.
- All valves use to isolate air and water is pneumatic operated, include drying chamber vacuum break, condenser vacuum break, condenser isolate valve, vacuum pump isolate valve, defrost water drain valve.
