Drying Bulk Material
The Vikumer FD-10L freeze dryer is a medium capacity lyophilizer for commercial and factory bulk production. It has a wide application range, from normal food, nutraceuticals to valuable drugs and pharmaceuticals. Freeze drying products in trays, under vacuum environment and is fully automatically.
The FD-10L freeze dryer is entirely stainless steel fabricated, that can meet even the strictest hygiene requirements. And the machine is using proven, standardized modular sub-systems, which is under international standard, easy to install and maintain. FD-10L offers 9.7m2 shelf area and 200kgs ice condenser capacity. As a commercial freeze dryer, the freeze dry system is robust design, to meet 7*24*365 heavy use. And adapt to any industries and applications include enzymes, probiotics, bacteria, chemical, food and pharma lyophilization.
Control of the machine is through a user-friendly touch screen HMI, which is PLC based. Authorized FD-MEGA software was programmed in HMI, to assist operator precisely control of the freeze drying process, and monitoring system working status. Operator can select either automatic working or semi-automatic working, of course.
