FD-30L Introduction
The Vikumer FDL freeze dryers are tray style lyophilizers, general purpose and capable of freeze drying all types of bulk materials include solid, liquid, paste, granular and powder materials, apply to biological, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Vikumer’s FD-30L freeze dryer has 29m2 trays area, that enable load raw products. Per batch can vacuum freeze drying 300kgs material (10mm thick). The machine is entirely stainless steel finished, meet GMP. Control system is PC software based, meet 21CFR PART11.
Due to the large size, FD-30L available at integrated structure, or split structure. Recently, Vikumer success deliver 2 sets FD-30L which based on split structure. If you have similar requirement, we are happy to offer a solution.
