The FD-5RS is a small commercial freeze dryer, capable of drying a wide variety of food products include fruits, vegetables, dairy and snacks etc. It is stainless steel fabricated and offers 4.86m2 shelf area, coupled with an 75Kgs capacity ice condenser and is capable of collecting up to 50kg of vapor in 24hrs period.
