The Vikumer FDR freeze dryers are large capacity freeze drying machines that fit industrial mass production. Available shelf area from 50.8m2 to 206m2 and can be used to dry common food like fruits, snacks, meals and soup, as well as pet food and meat etc.

The FDR freeze dryers feature radiatively heated shelves for rapid drying cycle and overhead monorail trolley system for product quick loading unloading.

The FDR freeze dryers feature radiatively heated shelves, between which material trays are suspended after being loaded. The trays are handled via an overhead monorail trolley system, the trolleys move flexibly between freeze dryer, IQF, loading/unloading room and cleaning room, enabling rapid transfer of products and trays.
