The Vikumer FDRS freeze dryers are medium capacity food freeze drying equipment. Capable of freeze drying food products include fruits, vegetables, prepared meals, meat, soup, dairy, candy, nutraceutical and health care products.

The FDRS freeze drying machines are designed for commercial production, all the key parts are stainless steel 304 made, low-wear, hygiene and fit most products in food and beverage industry.

The FDRS freeze dryers offer shelf area from 4.86 to 30.42m2, ice condenser capacity up to 550kgs.

The product chamber, shelves and trays are high quality stainless steel 304 made, long lifespan and easy to maintain. The drying chamber is PUF insulated to ensure the temperature uniformity during freeze dry and to save energy. The ice condenser is also made of stainless steel 304, coils type, high performance and large vapor collect capacity.

By pre-programming drying steps, the FDRS freeze dryers will run fully automatically: once raw products are loaded into drying chamber, the freeze dryer will run as per set, all parameters are accurately controlled and monitored through the user friendly touch screen HMI, as well as the data acquisition functionality.

In addition to common food and beverages, the FDRS freeze dryers also can be applied to many other industries. Drying samples include fruits, vegetables, herbs, plant extract, flowers, specimen, dairy, prepared meals, probiotics, nutraceutical and cosmetics.

The standard FDRS freeze dryers offer shelf temperature as low as -35C and condenser final -45C. However, for low freezing point materials, we also provide HP high performance version machines that can pull shelf temperature down to -45C and condenser -55C.
