The Vikumer FD-1 is a lab scale production freeze dryer that has been developed specially for clinical trials and industry small production batches of high value bio and pharmaceutical products in vials or in bulk.
It has exact same functions and system performance as other Vikumer industrial-scale pharmaceutical freeze drying machines. The standard FD1 freeze dryer includes CIP and SIP for aseptic production, and the hydraulic stoppering device is capable of capping the vials under vacuum after freeze dry.
