The standard BFD-5Slim pilot freeze dryer comes with fixed shelves and is designed to process bulk goods. User can select up to 3 shelves total 0.32m2 loading surface, coupled with an 11L ice condenser which is capable of collecting up to 5kg of vapor in 24hrs period.
