Lab Advanced Research Freeze Dryer
The Vikumer BFD freeze dryers are laboratory units that have been designed specifically for advanced research centers. These freeze dryers combine many of the features of large freeze drying units, either system performance or controller functions.
Investigator need an advanced freeze dryer to boost the study process of documentation practices and data acquisition, which is the concept of cGMP and as a mean of quality control. Especially in clinic trial or scale-up stage, the BFD freeze dryers will be dependable tools to transfer experimental achievements to commercial production.
BFD machines are capable of in-place freeze drying. Once product placed in drying chamber, it will be chilled and later heated automatically as per setting. A large touch screen enable operator to monitor the freeze dry system working status and program freeze drying steps. Temperatures and vacuum curve can be saved to PC or flash memory.
The BFD equipment is delivered fully assembled, well debugged and ready for operation. All necessary components involved with the operation of it have correct mount in a floor model cabinet, with casters.

In-place freeze drying.
- All plates can be chilled and heated, products freezing stage can be done inside freeze dryer. Which means once raw product placed in drying chamber, the freeze drying process will be fully automatic. Put raw in, take dried out!
