What’s Include in the offer?


  • Mostly, our offer include complete freeze dryer or freeze drying plant, No hidden cost.

What’s exclude in the offer?


  • Due sea shipping restrict, fluid medium is not include in the offer, e.g: compressor and vacuum pump oil, refrigerant, shelves recycle medium.
  • Auxiliary equipment:
  1. Steam heating system, the steam generator and pipes not include in our offer.
  2. Defrosting system include defrost water supply system, need build water tank when install.

What should prepare for freeze dryer running?


  • Introduce electric and water to freeze dryer machinery room, prepare sewage discharge system in freeze dryer machinery room.
  • For split system freeze dryer(e.g. FD-30R or larger), water and steam gas pipes will underground, electric cables and system pipes will will hang on workshop roof, user need pre-build ground groove or roof support facility.

Warranty Period?


  • All our freeze dryer lyophilizer provide full warranty, 12months since install finish or arrive destination port.

Delivery Time?


  • Lab and pilot models most model have stock or only need <15days delivery.


  • Industrial models need longer time 60 to 120days as per model or quantity.

Payment Terms?


  • Bank transfer or Letter of Credit.
  • 40% deposit, 60% before shipment, negotiable.

Commercial Terms?


  • FOB, CFR, CIF is prefer.

Shipping Method?


  • Sea shipping. We could arrange shipment to your nearest sea port.

Installation And Worker Training?


  • Lab and pilot models could install by customer.
  • Industrial models will charge by our engineers.

After sale services:


  • We provide worry-free after sale services, and we have procedures help you quick trouble shooting, reduce your lose.
  • Once machine have problem, carefully check monitor/PC or anywhere abnormal, Check user manual if there have an indication or solution, contact us and detail description the problems.
  • We will give professional technical support to find out the failure in time and offer solving method, it will helpful and quickest if your engineer can fix it, if serious problem that we direct send engineers to your factory.
  • In warranty, all cost will bear by us, out of warranty, customer need pay.
